Citadel EP-55 Water Based Epoxy Primer

Citadel EP-55 is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer designed to improve the adhesion of floor coatings over difficult-to-coat or marginally prepared substrates. Substrates include hard-troweled concrete, aluminum, and various types of tiles.
